Welcome to Oil Changers On Wheels. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Oil Changers On Wheels offers mobile vehicle servicing, including but not limited to oil changes, fluid top-ups, filter replacements, and basic vehicle maintenance. Our services are provided at the location specified by the customer.
2. Booking and Service Requests
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service. You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle and service required.
- Service Location: The service will be performed at the location you specify during booking. Ensure the location is accessible and has sufficient space for our service vehicle to operate. We will require a flat surface to carry our service, if a flat surface is not available at your location we might have to move the vehicle to a flat and secure surface.
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees: Service fees will be quoted at the time of booking based on the service requested and vehicle type. Additional charges may apply for services outside the scope of the initial request.• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other forms as specified on our payment platform.
- Recoverable Collection Costs(RCC): If you default on any payment, you are liable to pay any costs associated with collecting payment.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Access and Safety: Ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and that the area is safe for our technicians to work. We are not responsible for any damage caused by unsafe or inaccessible locations.
- Vehicle Condition: Provide accurate information about your vehicle’s condition. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
5. Service Limitations and Exclusions
- Scope of Service: Our services are limited to those explicitly listed on our website and booking platforms. We do not provide extensive mechanical repairs or services beyond basic maintenance.
- Exclusions: We are not responsible for any damage or issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time.
7. Liability and Warranties
- Liability: Our liability for any service-related issues is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential damages or any other indirect losses.
- Warranties: We provide a 30 day warranty on the services provided, covering defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from external factors or misuse.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the NZ laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NZ.
